    Dry-cleaning is recommended, but in case of hand-wash, leave it in a textile detergent for 1 or 2 minutes, then drain the water without squeezing it. After drying, iron at a low temperature.

    The Product can be returned ONLY WHEN there is a defect or damage on the product.  It must be notified within 7 business days from the receipt of the product.  Then, we will send you the related shipping instruction.  Once the damaged product is shipped, we will process the refund.

    If the product is too below your expectation, also please discuss with us within 7 business days from the receipt of the product.  We will find a suitable solution in a way of allowing either return, exchange or credit.
